Why I built ClaimPack A note from the founder

I manage an Airbnb in Tirana, but I live in Germany. So every time a guest left damage, I was trying to put a claim together from hundreds of kilometres away — chasing the cleaner for photos, digging receipts out of my email, and somehow turning all of it into something credible enough to submit before the deadline. Doing that remotely, on a deadline, was genuinely stressful.

I'm a systems engineer with over seven years of experience, and I finally got to point those skills at a problem that was actually mine.
